9回目のインタビューです。 今回はL-アルギニン製法の検証について教えてください。

This is the ninth interview. This time, please tell us about the verification of the L-arginine manufacturing method.

L-アルギニン製剤熟成製法は国内外初の製法で、完成度の高い唯一無二の商品です。 ホルモンは身が柔らかいものも多いですが、焼くと柔らかく、冷めても美味しいホルモンは他にありません。

冷めると熱変性した組成構造がモチモチになり、別世界の味が楽しめます。

The L-arginine preparation aging method is the first manufacturing method in Japan and overseas, and it is a unique product with a high degree of perfection. There are many offal that have a soft texture, but there is no other motsu that is soft when baked and tastes better when cold.

When it cools down, the thermally denatured composition structure becomes chewy, and you can enjoy the taste of another world.

その大きな違いの検証状況を教えてください。

一つは、ヘビーユーザーの声です。「こんなやわらかさのホルモンはホルモンではない」です。

One is the voice of heavy users. “The hormone of such softness is not a hormone.”

二つ目は、スーパーマーケット試食販売での子供の行動です。「もっと食べさせてよ」です。

The second is children’s behavior at supermarket tasting sales. “Let me eat more”.

大切なのはお母さんの声です。 「私の子供たちは決してホルモンを食べません。彼らはそれを飲み込むことができません」と彼女は言いました. 「これって本当にホルモン？」　

What matters is the mother’s voice. “My kids never eat hormones. They can’t swallow it,” she said. “Is this really a hormone?”　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

これは革命です。 世界中の子供たちはホルモンが大好きで、ホルモンが足りないと言っています。

This is revolution. Children all over the world love hormones and say they don’t have enough of them.
